What Does Your Favorite Band Say About You?

Answer: everything.

You favorite band writes the songs you want to but can't. They shape you to be the person you are, they affect every corner of your life in one way or another. They're a really big deal, basically.

So yeah, if you tell me Taylor Swift or Lady Gaga or Hinder or Nickelback or Hollywood Undead are your favorite singer/band I am going to judge you.

No One Cares About The Grammy's

Or at least I don't. Especially when the Grammy people commit such heinous crimes like giving Kanye West getting 7 nominations and Bruno Mars getting 6 and Kings of Leon getting a 'Best Rock Album' nomination.

Maybe I got too over-excited for the Grammys since I know last year Arcade Fire's The Suburbs won and I decided that The Grammy's were cool. I was wrong.

Great Covers

AFI is the greatest band ever. Their cover of David Bowie's "Ziggy Stardust" is one of my favorites things ever. And song.

I LOVE this song. And I love it just as much when Silverstein does it.

I don't like Kings of Leon. But Paramore's cover of "Use Somebody" is amazing.

I'm not a Johnny Cash fan. At all. He was a great artist, he's just not my genre. But this cover of Nine Inch Nail's "Hurt" is....yeah, just listen.
